At Meem Academy, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Below are instructions on how to request the complete deletion of your account and associated information.
1. What Data Will Be Deleted?
When your data deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active databases:
- Your personal profile details (Name, username, email, phone number).
- Your avatar/profile image.
- Social login links (Google, Facebook IDs associated with your account).
- Your course enrollments, learning progress, and quiz history.
- Saved bookmarks and favorites.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion by contacting our support team directly. Please send an email to:

3. Data Retention for Compliance
Please note that certain transaction logs, invoice history, and billing records may be securely archived for a required legal period to comply with financial regulations and tax auditing requirements.
4. Processing Timeframe
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity. Once verified, the deletion will be processed within 14 to 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
